Regina most throw back past

Few weeks ago Regina posted on social media telling her fans that any one that will post any of her most throw back past picture that she Will give the person 100k

Then just few minutes ago Emma labister posted it on social media and rage Regina Daniels, but Regina Daniels is now going back on her promise, 

She is now saying that Emma was not supposed to contest with her fans that she will not give Emma the 100k she promised, but the question here is, is she really doing the right thing by not giving Emma this money ? 

 So many of her fans have started criticizing Regina already, some said maybe she hard problem with Emma before now, some said maybe she doesn't have the money to give him, while some said she like showing herself that she has money
